I have seen the message "Error loading Cache.dll" telling me to reinstall to correct the problem. I have not tried it yet, but the next time I uninstall if I have to, I am going to "Rebuild icon cache" and then "Restore all icons" before uninstall to see if that helps.
Also going to contact support to ask for ideas, and will let you know if I get some insight.
