What problem?

Ok just curious here so i have some questions as to site issues:
a. Are any counters on and off all the time?(I mean download counters and comment counters).Cause it's kinda hard to go by every skin every day to see if there are any comments-suggestions.
b. What is going on with download counters? I find myself in great amazement,one day i get 300-400 downloads and the next 20-30 and goes on for the rest of the week like so.This is the least to say okward.Pls don't start about page cashing,already know about that and i'm pretty sure it isn't that.(Except automatic i do manual cleaning every day).
c. Are any other features going to be implemented to the site? I really miss that old-site counters at the bottom of the page.Also curious what happened to that other Experience factor...
