A liitle help with contacting an admin

Hello there!!!!
I have been emailing a few people at Stardock in the effert to try to get a group user account deleted OR if possible to try to get a new group account for joeKnowledge.
What I want to do this month is create a group blog that allows others to post articles, links and other such things on the main group blog page. I have and want to invite some new people to JoeUser.com but I need that functionality of a new group blog.
My main idea is to create a wealth of knowledge in technology, business, desktop customization (art), marketing management, business management, science, education, tutorials and current events hand picked by users from internet and other sources. There are people in my school, at Goodwill Public Assistance unit, and others who are interested in my idea of building site with relavent data on these subjects. (It can also help people to look or find jobs)
Also part of this is the idea of people having their own website that shows any skills they have to offer or are currently learning. They can put up their resumes, any report papers they did for school, any web/programming development work and so on. I call it a knowledge base portfolio.
Anyway, the point is that I think this is a very special project and it is perfect for WinCustomize and for JoeUser but I can't get in contact with anyone, even to pay for the extra group blog (if it matters,I have Blog navigator Pro)
Anybody know who I can contact? I tried T-Man already...
