How do I customize tabs???

How do I achieve this...
I Already downloaded xnon (the theme used in the ss)
You know, add my own tabs, in other words add tabs to the normal tab... ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

You mean how to change the tab-background to the one in the Creenshot?
Open the Configurations Menu > Tabs and Styles > click on one of the tabs > then choose Xenon from the dropdown-list under Style > then click on the 'Apply this style to all tabs'-button at the bottom.
Note that 'Xenon' does not include the icons, just the background. You will have to download the icons (I believe they are the the 'Neon' set by JyriK) and change them individually.
