Comment deletion is intended for JoeUser. On Wincustomize's forums any deletion or thread 'modification' will be primarily the responsibility of the site moderators....
In several cases threads have been altered by their author and all meaning/relevance has been lost, so on a public forum it needs to be in the control of a third [neutral] party...
