How do you delete a forum post?

I have several posts that are no longer valid, and i have "attempted" to remove them (By clicking on the DELETE button at the bottom of the post) and it either goes right back to that page, or i get an error page that looks like this:
Server Error in '/' Application.

Ok, so maybe the "delete" button needs to be taken off the main post?

I believe adjustments need to be made....little things like that...but nothing's final as yet...

I presume this applies to editing also (since I get a similar error message to that above if I try to edit one of my posts) ?

Chances are there will be a time-out edit opportunity as there was with the old site...

Thanks for bringin this subject up, Roman. When I tried to delete a post it took me to a page that said "You are not authorized to see this page". Now I know why!

Comment deletion is intended for JoeUser. On Wincustomize's forums any deletion or thread 'modification' will be primarily the responsibility of the site moderators....
In several cases threads have been altered by their author and all meaning/relevance has been lost, so on a public forum it needs to be in the control of a third [neutral] party...
