I need help removing sound

Monday, January 31, 2005 by LaVern Anderson | Discussion: DesktopX

I am very new to programming widgets and objects. I recently made a state with sound, I now want to remove the sound but can't seem to find where to remove it. All new objects that I make have the sound in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

right click the object, choose properties, then states tab, then sound.. find the state that has the sound... highlight the sound and delete it.

I've already tried that, the sound is still there, after I delete it. It still shows up in the when you used the arrow down tab All other objects and widgets that I've created still have that wav as an opition to choose, just as the images are always available in every object or widget I create. Any other suggestions?

I see what you mean. I created a new object... no pic no sounds available. Deleted it, loaded one i had created before...deleted that and created a new...voila, options for pics and sound. Try restarting desktopx (right click on systray icon)... when i did that everything came up blank options on new created.
