No Preview of Skins or anything

Hey, just been trying to look at some new skins but whenever i look there is no preview of what the theme is. Im using Opera and Internet Explorer and both have no luck whats going on?

Every thing seems fine here. Try flushing your cache and force refresh (CTRL+F5) the page
