Lost network Monitor

I have a dual display Radeon....1 LCD Panel, 1 21" Trinitron. I made the trinitron my main display. I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem but after that is when I noticed this....My network monitor has stopped being able to be configured. The configure meters, Upload, configure now shows "Processor" and any listing of my network card is now gon. I even edited the network.ini file to show my linksys card instead if the realtec. The systats network docklet is by BlaZeR2 and used to be my favorite docklet. Can anyone help me? Here is the .ini file....
