Here's a solution for you. Import the msstyle into SkinStudio, save it as a Windowblind, then follow the directions above.

Right-click on the Windowblinds icon in your system tray and choose 'Configure Windowblinds'. On the window that opens, look on the right side and click on 'Change skin color'. Move the 'Hue' slider to get the color you want. Apply changes and you're set.
