I hear the voices when I'm dreamin'...
That is a Kansas classic, "Carry On Wayward Son". Too easy for me, since they are a long time favourite band of mine, and still making an occasional album, even though the main man Kerry Livgren is no longer in the band.
This one might be a little harder:
Cast off the colour
And tune in to black
The moon touches your shoulder
And brings the day back
I hear the voices when I'm dreamin'...

Growing up was good back then, and Lindisfarne's Fog On The Tyne was among my first 100 albums. January Song is from the same album and far better imo.
