Make object on top

How i can make my object on top ? my folders and programs hide the object, i want it see all time in windows.

Second: right-click on the object of choice and choose 'Properties' > Relation > and set the 'z-order' to 'always on top'.
Third: save the theme (right click on desktopX icon in system tray > save Theme as...)
