First you'll want to pick up BootSkin at: http://www.bootskin.com/
First of all, download one of them and try to SAVE it, not Open it. If you're using IE, it usually won't work correctly because SP2 renames all unknown file types to a ZIP file. I'll show you how to work around that.
Ok, now if it DID save correctly, it will appear as a .BOOTSKIN file, as such:
If it looks like a zip, make sure Known File Extensions are NOT hidden (Go Tools > Folder Options, the View panel, it's in there) and rename it to a .BOOTSKIN so BootSkin! can load it up.
Ok, once it's a .BOOTSKIN, just double-click it, and it should load up in the program! Then, select the bootskin you want to use and click Apply.
There's also another method to get it in there, just click File > Import from File and browse to the bootskin.
Well, I hoped that helped! (BTW, would a video be easier for stuff like this?)
