How do I use the Login screens?

Friday, January 21, 2005 by SuGar_RusH | Discussion: New Users

The question is the same as the title, I am afraid I am rather new at this, how do I load the log in and boot up screens so that I can use them. They are just sitting on my Desktop right now.
Please help, thank you,
Sug

First you need LogonStudio: https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
Double-clicking the downloaded file should install the skin
Also opening LogonStudio, then clicking on "Load" will let you select the downloaded logon to install
After installing the skin, selecting it in the list on the left in LogonStudio and hitting OK will apply the selected skin (you can also test it by hitting Apply, then it will go back to the logon screen showing the skin you chose)

The Bootscreen work in a similar way as the Logons, just that you will need to download and install Bootskin https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/ in order to apply the bootscreens.
