Please help me whit toolbar icons extracting!!!

I have download new toolbar icons, but i dont know how i can use them and where i need to extract them

Please help me!

Did you download WindowBlinds toolbar icons? In that case you will need to install WindowBlinds https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ . Reboot the computer after you installed the program and just double-click on the downloaded toolbar icons.
