Creating your Own Bootskins?

Does anyone know how?

Hey. I was interested in making my own Bootskin for BootSkin and I was wondering how you do it.
Please post a link to a guide or post one yourself as I'm sure me and many others could benefit from it.

thats a link to a tutorial at joeuser.com. Its for photoshop but the basics you need to know are there and will get you on your way.

Yes, I just found the Wincustomize.com version of that here Link.
Photoshop is fine as that's what I'll be using
