Problems with .313 SDC Update

1. Does not remember settings between sessions, even though the option is checked in Settings...
2. JoeUser link takes you to "...joeuser.com/headertest/headertest.aspx", not the home page.

Brian answered in the NG thread -
Somehow "Show news on startup" got checked - prevents SDC remembering settings, unchecking it fixes it.
The JoeUser link is fixed (internally, at least).
The history link being broken I hadn't noticed - hopefully, Brian will catch that here.

When I open mine up it starts out with the news also.

Open SDC, go to "Tools>Settings" and deselect "Display News when Stardock Central first loads" in the "General" category.
Click "OK", and your done.
