logon & bootskin problems
why is this crashing my computer?

I HAVE HAD TO REMOVE BOTH LOGON & BOOTSKIN FROM MY COMPUTER BECAUSE I HAD A MAJOR CRASH THIS PM. WHY? ALSO, DESKTOP THEMES WON'T INSTALL WITHOUT EITHER OF THESE...HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THESE PROBLEMS, & IF SO, HOW WERE THEY RECTIFIED?

Which Desktop Themes won't install with What (either of these..)?
