I'm trying to install a cursor to my computer. Please tell me what I did wrong. I downloaded it into C:\WINDOWS\Cursors and then I unzipped the file. I went to control panel, went to mouse properties, pointers, and then i browsed to look for the cursors but they didnt appear.

You will need the following program (CursorXP) installed https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/downloads.asp

Download this program, install it and reboot your computer. You can then double-click on the CurXPTheme files to install them.
