Have you tried saving your settings as a theme?

Sometimes my icon images disappear after clicking on them. I thought this might be a "refresh" problem so I tried changing the dock image to something else but the new one doesn't appear either. OD+ seems to be rather buggy.

when you say "icons" do you mean objects? If so, try right clicking on the object, and saving it as an object, rather than having the cash refresh it. I've noticed that DX objects are very version specific. If you updated DX, try deleting the object, and remaking it under the new version of DX, then save it, and it should work ok. Also, try checking in the properties dialogue under "Relationship". Make sure that your obj. is set to Visible>yes. If you're not talking about DX then I suck, and will shut up now!....lol.
Take care, and I hope you get it all worked out!

I've had this happen to me once. Just drag the missing icon off the dock, then back on.
