I highly recommend AVG. I use AVG Professional on several PC's and It has proven to be much more effective than Norton.

I am at the public Library doing this, because when I just tried to start My Pirates game, the screen went black, blue, and then like the no signal screensaver, but not that. Then the CD-RW Drive wouldn't open, until I fiddled with it. Now I can' put a CD in. Linque, also I can't get it to boot, I'll fiddle with that when I get home. Also, tjesterb, it will let me quaratine the infected files, and thank you for the AVG suggestion. $$ is tight. goodmorphing, System Restore is not the problem. Plesae tell others for there replys!!! Thank You, you are a big help, too!!!

You can buy Norton 2005 from the store with cash, or if $$ is tight you can try AVG, it's free, and lots of peoplw swear by it.
You should be able to find it at: majorgeeks.com in teh AntiVirus section.
Good luck.
