looking for meters about hard disk

Hello, I am quite new to all this. On my desktop I have meters that indicate CPU and RAM usage, and upload and download speed. I would like to add meters that show writing and reading to my hard disks but I can not find those kind of meters anywhere. I was wondering if these do not exist or if I just haven't looked in the right places. Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me some information about this.

I AM IN NO WAYS AN EXPERT HERE AT WC ANOTHER OPION IS GOTO CHAT LINE HERE AT WC THROUGHT WC BROWSER OR STARDOCK CENTRAL AND ASK ON THAT SORRY I COULD NOT HELP MORE BUT ALEST YOU GOT A ANSWER TO YOUR POST IM STILL WAITING FOR MINE HRS AND COUNTING
