wincustomize account upgrade with purchase of stardock product?

hey who do i e-mail on this site to get my account put at level4 access, i bought object desktop last month and i come here today and see im at level1, tried doing that cross reference thing and it didnt work, im confused

make sure you registered your serial numbers in SDC before you mail him
