Minimize/resize/close window doesnt work

Just installed WB yesterday. Some programs work fine(IE, MyComputer, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) but Corel Painter IX's window won't close/minimize/resize on any of the skins I've tried. Anyone ever get this problem?
