Recent update problems???

Hello...
I have been using DesktopX together with WindowsBlinds and ObjectDock Plus for a few months now. I love them. However, in the last few weeks, I started having some issues (I think with DesktopX). Usually what happens is that one of my windows leaves a "ghost" on my background and it has trouble coming back. This could be a browser, or any other program... When I restart DesktopX, things go back to normal. Are there any known issues... anything I should disable...
I have fairly fast CPU (3.2GHz HT) with 1GB RAM and nVidia 64M video card (this is Dell Inspiron 56xx laptop).
