I think this is due to the fact that a lot of the files got moved to a new server recently. If a theme/suite file is only a couple of KB big then that means that it consists mostly of URLs and that the actual files are not included. All the MacPC-files I found (there are three of them) on the other hand are several hundred KB (or up to 1MB) big and therefore include all (or most) of the skins needed in the download file.

I am not sure when and if this problem will be solved, but I would recommend to download only those files that are bigger and hence include all or most of the skins.
