I was wrong, Sorry?

Tuesday, October 26, 2004 by Styl-X Design | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I own some people an appology.

I was wrong about the name SKINDICATE.
I changed it: http://www.skindicate.com/

Also, The 'too photoshopish' comment from me wasn't an attack on skinners, nor was it me saying that I was 'superior' or something like that. My english is reasonable but not perfect. If I attacked people with that comment, sorry for that.

I hope you guys can forgive me for being so stuborn all the time.

cheer.

Don't forget to apologise for trawling for rates from Skinplant either, Mr 'DT Developments'.
Not only using underhanded tactics, but coming to us under false pretense.
And if we hadn't figured out it was you, you would have given yourself away with the reply you sent to Mike when he gave you a quote.
Very professional, yeah......

I think he is saying, stop the foolishness! Style, you have been sent back to the beginning (citizen). I guess you just have to earn the respect of fellow skinners by starting from scratch.

Isn't that the point of this thread ? It is an expression of the lesson learnt in the form of an apology. Isn't it now for everyone to honour the apology by taking it at face value and behaving with some grace and dignity.

Apology accepted, but you will still carry that Citizen status a little while until you earn a new promotion again.

it takes a big person to say " I was wrong".. it also takes a big person to say .. "it's ok, we all make mistakes "..

It also takes a big person to say "My size 52 jeans are just too tight."

I don't get it, I clicked on the link and it said "www.skindicate.com". However I only know English and I am not sure what the rest of the site is saying

Skindicate no longer exists. The name has been changed. Therefore, the skindicate link is dead. This is my understanding, but I could be wrong.

The rest of the site is saying that the domain is no longer registered and will be up for grabs soon.

Or actually, that's not what it's saying, but it's how I interprete it.

What it says is that the domain 'is soon available'. Its still registered, just dasn't point you anywhere. I will just keep it like this until it expires.
