From what I know, yes if you haven't installed SP2. I'd say go on stardock chat and ask.

windowsblinds runs in xp-64 but skinning is basically disabled. you can change the color of the taskbar and windows but not the shape or use animations

Yes is compatible. I'm using Windows XP 64 bit with WindowBlinds and it work fine the version that I purchase. However when I went to Stardock central and update to a new version. It didn't work. I must unintall and re-install the original version. 5.0 (build 49x64).

Hmmm, I have XP Service Pak 2 and the latest version of WB. It works fine for me. I haven't tried skinning anything though.

Some themes will not work with ThemeManager and XP 64.

XPx64 is only at SP1, there isn't an SP2! All skinning works with the latest WB update, download them now.
