This also happens to all of the skins I try. Please tell me how to fix this.

Im trying to say the box should appear like how it is in the All programs menu. The GUI.

It all looks normal.
Are you using some program that puts your Start Menu programs list onto the desktop by right-clicking?

Ah, I see... you mean the right click menu isn't skinned... What version of WB are you using?

Sorted. WB ver 4.40.033 right click menus are broken. WB ver 4.40.032 works fine so you need to roll back to that.

The top one is the normal right click desktop menu. The bottom one is the normal All Programs menu. What exactly are you saying???
