Not loading on startup?

I recently got the full version, and after installing and finding a nice skin, I apply the skin, but when I reboot the computer it goes back to windows XP classic??? 
What's causing this?

There seems to be an issue with AMD 64 and SP2 which is allegedly being addressed and a update coming soon.

Actually, if you want to start a program at startup, you should create a shortcut to it.

| had the same problems with my new WindowBlinds...I just put the copied 'wbload' from the folder I installed into and pasted it into the start menu "startup" folder. That worked for me. |
