Can't import Bootskins for use to the boot-skin programm

Hi all.
I have a problem. I can't import the downloaded bootskin files for using them with the programm, that i have downloaded with the link on this site. Maybe anyone can help me? If I extract all files, there is no file with *.bootskin
And only this files the programm want to use. Please help me. Thank you

I am having this exact problem, were you able to figure out the answer to this??
