I was updating on OD, this is the WB description
"WindowBlinds 4 is the first utility of its kind. It extends Windows XP to have a fully skinnable user including the taskbar and explorer shellstyles. You can change the style of title bars, buttons, toolbars and much more. It gives you total control over your graphical user interface. 4.2 now supports 9x and Windows 2000 as well!"

Unless that means that Stardock is working on how to skin people and accidentally let the secret out...
