Monday, August 2, 2004 by Styl-X Design | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
Check this out:
http://www.parset.com/Download/WinMedia.aspx
A complete WMP library but what I find more intresting is this:
http://www.parset.com/ < the url of the site without download/winmedia.aspx (I just cant read it
)
also the original link to the page contains parts of wc
(www.wincustomize.com/themes/UniverseMetal/images/frame_corner4.gif <- found in the code)
and I think they did the same for the library...

Yeah I know, maybe Mr. T can do something about it
I can remember the time that wallpapers were linked from WC and that he showed an image on their site with WWW.WINCUSTOMIZE.COM instead of their walls

Technically I'd say its a rip-site, but still, all files are being stored on/downloaded from WC - even the comments are done by WC members. Looks more like some deeplinking and bandwidth stealing bastards to me than the 'normal' rip-site.
