incredibly annoying and totally false"you have downloaded more than 50MB..."

can someone explain please why i CANNOT d/l anything from WinCustomize - i keep getting these msgs about how i have "already" d/l'd 50MBs worth of skins - which is completely untrue... i doubt if i have d/l'd more than 15MB over the course of an entire YEAR! this is a 'public machine' - in an internet cafe - so i suppose someone else from this IP could have d/l'd a bunch of stuff... in fact now that i think about it... since all 10-12 machines here actually share the same (public) IP address, if that is how WC is tracking d/l's than perhaps that is the problem... so then, how do i fix it? i notice that everytime i come to the WC website, i am apparently 'logged in' even tho i dont have an account! and the logoff button doesnt work - doesnt do anything at all in fact.
hm, frustrating. nothing like being penalized for someone else's greed!
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That would put you at 'visitor' user level.

Visitor level people can only D/L 5 Meg before having to create an account here, which is free to do.
