Which design shall i use?

Dear People,
I'm the admin of Winmodify
Someone is busy for us creating a CMS, which makes all work a lot easyer for us. That way we can use scripts and all.
To fit that new cms, i've created 2 designs.
And i want to know what you think about it.
Ofcourse its the 1st stage, so i must enhance it, and ofcourse nothing works.
But please tell me, which you like best and ofcourse your comment, (as long as you keep it nice
)

I still like the second one, low contrast is better for your eyes.

I like the layout and color of the first new design personnally.
What I don't like about your third new design is that it looks just like any other site. A little blah...
I also like your first new design because you show the most info in the least space. In my opinion a clever design.

ok, thanks for your opinions, 
My personal opinion:
3rd new design, i like the colours, i dont really think that the contrast is a problem.
and it's easy to modify for me.
and i also think when i have that CMS for my website this design fits best.

High contrast same as high intensity light, may cause damage to your eyes as you get older if you visit that site alot
so low contrast healthier

I made a new design (hopefully the last..hehe) where i have changed the colors to a bit darker. You can see it here

I think untill now, most people like the 3rd design.
But there are maybe more people who would like to give their opinion so.. take it away...
