What is wrong with SkinStudio?

Why can't I download SkinStudio so it works? It says that there is missing a file. What is wrong? Or do you know a link to where I can download SkinStudio so it works?

is the first time you install skinstudio ??? is not !!!complete desinstall and reinstall after (clean install)

Short messages are great, but when they lack essential information they are not so great. Simply the word "Error" does not help a lot, especially with Windows where the error could appear to be the software, but actually reside somewhere else.

Looks like ya hit the submit buttons too many times, it'll work with only hitting it once, you just have to be patient, but if you press the button three times, the message shows up 3 times, you'll have to wait until an admin or moderator sees it.
