Object Bar - How to make the taskbar dissapear?

Hello!
I need to know how to make the original taskbar dissapear when using Object Bar. I'm using the G-Pod skin, and every time I make the G-Slider show up, it brings the taskbar up underneath it, defeating the purpose of even HAVING Object Bar. Anyone help?
