hi guys. feels good to be back. I wasnt regular for a pretty long time. now when i m back, i see some changes & i cant figure out things. where is the rating link under all the submissions? is there a way for citizens to see the rating for a skin?

Due to some abuse of the rating system you must have a user level of 4 to rate skins,or Journeyman class or above.

ok, thanx for the info. but what i was talking abt is why cant the rating of a skin. wasnt it used to be 3 links under each submissions, rating, comment & download?
