Feature request: Change Placement of Start 11 graphics

Hi, while fiddling with Start 11 and it's graphics I don't understand why it handles it's graphics different than other stardock apps.
Instead of:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\MenuTextures
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\StartButtons
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\TaskbarTextures
wouldn't it be better to place those in Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Start11 instead?
