Activation on Deskscapes

Suddenly today Deskscapes tells me it is deactivated. when I try to reactivate it tells me its already activated on another computer and I have to buy another license, or it will quit working in 5 days. I've had an Object Desktop subscription for probably 15 years and Deskscapes is on another of my computers and 1 laptop. How come all of a Suden it's a problem. I would appreciate someone looking into this and getting it fixed.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Most probably you're having an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Basj, Today I tried again to activate, and it stated I had to many subscriptions so pick one and not use my Stardock sign in. So, I tried my serial # and it activated. I tried it before, and it didn't work. I did start a ticket but now my problem is solved.  The whole thing is strange. Hopefully it will keep working. Thanks for your help.

I just had Terry's machine spit a dummy re activations on Fences and Start 11 ... I made a point of reinstalling OD and checking its settings ... possibly now OK.

Opening Start 11 v2 from OD shows it activated.. but it did pop up the activate notice on boot and thus was obviously not aware of the OD sub.
