XP Pro Boot Screen

can someone plz post the regular windows xp professional edition boot screen in the boot skin section, ive been looking for it for a long time and i really need it, mine got d somehow and now im looking for it, this would help me out alot thnx!

I'd make one for you, but since it is Microsoft property, I can't release it. Guess you'll just have to get Pro. The policy editor is very much worth the money, although not and extra $100.

Such is life. Besides, there are plenty of GOOD Bootskins out there. Have you seen Pixtudio's free Pixxy bootskin? It doesn't even LOOK 16 colors. Masterfully done.

yea but i really want the xp pro boot skin, i found one on a website but it didnt work with a program so i tried to install it maunally and its a b**** - dont kno if ur allowed to cuss on this website lol - anyways heres the link to it maybe someone here can put it on this website so it opens with the boot skin program?

Well, it looks like this is a patcher bootskin. This means replacing a system file to change the boot, and inherently dangerous thing. In this case, if you have the wrong version of NToskrnl, or Windows runs a CRC check and comes up bad, there will be major system trouble. This is exactly the reason why Stardock made Bootskin, to create a SAFE way to modify boot images.
Technically, the boot skin shown on THemeXP is illegal, because it is Microsoft property and I don't think Swissboy asked.
