March 2025 Desktop Screenshots

March is upon us and new desktop screenies are in order!
I'm continuing with don5318's Dark Rogue blind, and Red's port of it to Winstep. The wall is from Alpha Coders and its number is 198951, alas no link. It's recolored, anyway...the Dark Rogue ship in a space port.

I use an app called "syncthing" to sync my steamdeck and desktop documents folders for most of my games to have my saves no matter what device I play on. Makes it fun to play sims in bed or on the couch when not at my desktop. The tabbed dock at the top I actually dont use since I have been having lag issues with Object dock 3. It tends to lock up, mainly use it just to create themes for it to upload here. Most of my stuff is pinned on my taskbar as folder menus with start11. The vista taskbar/startmenu icon links to the start menu folder to kinda replicate the classic start menu when needed.
My daughter makes mods for the Sims. She loves it.

Akula WB vStyler's available through LightStar's site and Winstep ported by WebGizmos available in our Winstep Gallery on WC. Wallpaper downloaded from the net, can't remember where and modified by me. It's a Russian hunter-killer submarine called Akula (Акула=Shark) in English. It is also called an Alpha. It was intended to parallel our Los Angeles class submarine, but was a good deal noisier.

This is a recreation of a screenshot I made on Jan 7, 2007. I didn't have the wall so I had to piece it together from what I found here at WC.
For the widgets I decided to use the graphics from Lovely62's rainy: Link I think she made some fantastic widgets and screenshots.
The skin and icons are Aqualix by Dexter 2005
I hope Lovely62 and Dexter2005 are doing well. Lovley still has her DA page going Link
Dexter2005 has not been active here since 2008.

I know she had plans to get a Mac back in the day, so I guess she did and moved on.
