Add Small Start Button option in WB11/SKS

Any chance we could get an option for when small taskbar setting is set, the start button if supplied loads the smaller version. As it currently is, The theme just keeps the same button and shifts/cuts it off. Native windows 10/11 start button loads a smaller variant when the taskbar is set to a smaller setting. Here is a mock up I did for what area im talking about.
