Object Dock Menu System

Hi!
If you look at https://www.wincustomize.com/window.asp?Cmd=PREVIEW&source=http://skins2.wincustomize.com/JiriKrivanek/dock/Preview280.jpg you can see the pic has a bar at the bottom, an then like, a Menu coming out of it.
Can you do this with Object Dock, or is it Object Bar i need, as my Object Dock Bar is full, and i'd like to put some all together like in the pic.

That would be KkMenu, one of the many docklets available for ObjectDock. It is, unfortunately, shareware; $10 or so to buy. Does not require ObjectBar at all.

I want to be able to group items together, so yeah when i hover over the group, then a bar comes up.
