IconPackages Can No Longer Recolor
This only started happening recently

Every time I try to recolor one of my IconPackages, it no longer works when I apply them. When I open Windows Explorer and check the icons, they either stay the original color with no changes or in some cases mix the the previous IconPackage I was using with the one I tried to recolor. The last time Explorer even crashed and I had to wait for it to restart. I then had to rebuild the icon cache, re-apply the original Windows icons, and then I was able to select an Iconpackager iconpackage and apply it, where it worked well again. I've been using IP for years with no problems and it's only the past few months where I cannot no longer recolor or add effects to the icon sets.
This is what I'm using:

Wow! I was not expecting so many replies. Thank you, everyone. It's nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing problems with IP. And it sounds like Jan is having way bigger problems with the application than I am. I think there might be something to what Jan said about the latest Windows update. Most of my packages apply properly, except a lot of the older ones, that don't have Live Folders. The package I was trying to recolor was "Squid", which always worked like a charm in the past. Even if I try to de-saturate the color or darken or lighten any package and apply it, the program doesn't make the changes and applies the theme with the default settings. Anyway, I guess I can live with that and if I want to change the color, I will just pick another package with close to the same colors I'm looking for.

Just to show that it does work on the Pro edition of windows 10, I made this video. I do realize that it does not help those with problems who are using the Home edition, but it still might be good to know for troubleshooting purposes for any future updates.
