inverting colors

There is some option in windowsblinds that allows you to invert the colors of the skin. I know because I used this feature a while back just for a bit of a change. Inverting the colors changs the backgrounds of many text boxes to black at the same time, and makes a lot of text difficult to read. Even so, I kept it on this setting for a while because it looked cool.
Well, I have become too irritated with not being able to read text that I should be able to currently, but now I have no clue where this inverting colors feature is. I've looked everywhere I can think of. Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks.
