I need some help?

Can someone help me.. I am very confused about this site. I am having probelms with anything i download. Nothing works for me.Although everything looks Soo COOL..Everytime I download,WindowBlinds or the Icon's it tells me windows cannot find the file. What am I doing wrong.. I am new to this Please help me Thanks Nickie

Randy...I started any number of times to answer this and just couldn't force myself *sigh*....glad you did.
