Just to rain on proceedings....it's possible that the work/s were posted unwittingly...not everyone is aware of the 'rules' of distributing/displaying works without permission.

yip, sometimes things are done out of ignorance, and still need to be taken care of, just differently than those blatently stealing work.

Well by the looks of it, it seems he's hosted by tripod. Which if my memory serves me correctly, has about squat bandwidth, so if we can go flood up his site dling everything we can. The site should go down without any political fire whatsoever.
