I can imagine Jafo, really can...
Big difference between a *User of* and one who feels the need to be a *member of*...
My wife and I went round and round about clients desktops at their sites and if we wanted to contract supporting desktops without locking the systems down. It only took one contract and a month for her to see the light on that debate. Being the Web I couldn't even being to imagine how many times one would want to reach through the screen and squeeze a neck or two until they stopped squirming

AND still be congenial in the end when finally able to deal with the individual...
