Contributors to Wincustomize.com, whether socially or financially will always be treated with as much consideration and respect as the warrant.
If the occasion arises where their behaviour is too extreme to be tolerated they receive private censuring and may be bumped down in access 'ranking' until cooler heads prevail.
The typical 'exile' is generally young, new, endowed with a self-absorbed opinion that he knows how to swear more fluently than anyone else and will prove it, wants the warez/crack/serial for the site's host company's product, or would sooner die than adhere to any rules of conduct we all abide by here.
These 'exiles' almost never contribute in any way to the site other than to enhance the franchise of the popcorn vendors to the resulting fire-works...

People usually don't get exiled. Instead, they get put to "visitor" status. All "visitor" takes away is their privilege to post. Even subscribers can become "visitors, since they are still able to download and use the other site features.
We try not to completely exile people unless they do something really bad, or have been warned 900 times about the same thing.
