Icon Developer problems - I NEED HELP!!!!!!

Whenever I try to convert a png to an icon, the save file shows up as a blank document with the .ico extension, but there are no icons in the file. Any idea of the problem or what I may be doing wrong?????

That's the distance you'd have to move your pinky in order to sound polite. Really, I need help would have done the job too....
If you need help, look next to the 'General Discussion' board and you will find a 'Help Discussion' bord.
Isn't there a possibility that an admin can drag it to there?
